Marinade

The steaks that are flank and skirt cutting are best if grilled. But it can easily turn very hard. Use a marinade of buttermilk, lemon juice, papaya juice, or vinegar to get a tender piece of meat. These marinades will add flavors and also pre-cook the meat.

Use salt

Marinade or no marinade, ensure that you sprinkle salt on your steak before you cook it. Salt has the property to draw excess water from inside the meat. Further, it enhances the flavors and ushers a natural brine. The way to know the amazing chemical reactions are happening is by seeing the color of the meat turn deep red.

Room temperature

If you have kept the steak in your fridge, take it out and let it match the room temperature. Cooking a cold piece of steak will result in undercooking. If you do not have that much time, at least give it 30 minutes to sit at room temperature before cooking.

Slow and steady

Do not subject the steak to a high temperature. It will end up making the steak stiff and hard. Cook it on a low flame, slowly and steadily. This will ensure to bring out the juices and will give you a soft, perfectly cooked steak.

Conclusion

There are some ways by which you can make the most tender and juicy steak and fetch a bundle of compliments at the party. To enhance the flavors further you can rub olive oil or butter on the steak and let it sit for sometime after turning off the flame. This will give you a magical crust.
